These are new apartments recently built. Rooms can house up to 6 people. Each apartment has a private entrance door. All apartments are connected to the national electrical grid and a generator is available as a backup. All doors, windows and the veranda are fitted with fly screen nets.

The Living room: Have comfortable couches’, ceiling fan, A\C, and satellite television.

Dining room: a 10-person dining table, a closet, and an entrance to the kitchen.

Kitchen: with gas cooker, oven, microwave, hot water facility, cutlery for 20 people, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment.

Double bedrooms: with a double bed, a cooling unit (A\C)-conditioning, wardrobe closet, a make-up table, and en suite bathroom with hot water facility, bath, toilet, sink and a washing machine.

Single bedrooms: with twin beds, wardrobe closet, and en suite bathroom with hot water facility, shower, toilet and sink, (A\C)-conditioning.

There is also a big balcony with seating for the upper floor apartment.
